SHIPPING
Our gift baskets are shipped to Canada and the USA.
DELIVERY SCHEDULES
Montreal & Area – Local hand delivery in Montreal and surrounding areas is available 5 days a week.
Ontario & Quebec - Monday-Friday delivery. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for delivery.
Western Canada, Prairie Provinces, The Maritimes & Northern Territories -
Monday-Friday delivery. Please allow 3 to 6 business days for delivery.
U.S.A. - Please allow 3 to 8 business days for delivery.
SHIPPING DETAILS:
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Perishable gifts may have restrictions on shipping.
• We cannot guarantee delivery delays due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, weather conditions and any other courier related delays.
ACCURATE INFORMATION
An email confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all the information is correct.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in a delay of delivery and/or additional fees. If a gift is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the purchaser will be required to pay for additional shipping charges.
Cornucopia reserves the right to charge an additional $20.00 for address corrections if recipient's address is not correct.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns.
Only non-food baskets may be exchanged. For all exchanges, merchandise must be returned to our office by the purchaser within 14 days of delivery. Shipping and handling charges are at the customer's expense.
If your basket or a product in your basket arrives damaged, Cornucopia will be happy to replace it. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will make the necessary arrangements.
ORDER CANCELLATION
SUBSTITUTION
If an item is out of stock, Cornucopia will switch item for one of equal or greater value. Cornucopia may substitute items (such as chocolate), that may melt, etc., due to extreme weather conditions.
Prices at Cornucopia are subject to change without notice.
