I remember the first time I ordered a basket at Cornucopia.
My VP wanted to send some baskets to some of his clients and since I did not know any particular basket vendor, I searched the Internet. After a somewhat tedious search amongst all kinds of gift and trift offerings, I came upon Cornucopia with their beautiful and friendly-using Website. What a delight, only a few clicks away and all these great pictures of mouth watering baskets and products in front of my eyes. I went ahead and called their offices, just to check on their level of client service. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that their staff members, ran by a family business, are friendly, patient and very professional over the phone as well. To top it off, delivery of the safely wrapped items came on time. To this day I don't recall how many baskets I ordered but can assure you that along the way I have received nothing but great comments from very satisfied recipients.
